What comes in the Horse Lover's Mystery box?

LaLa Horse currently offers two subscription items. Our flagship product is our Horse Lover's Mystery Box, which is delivered monthly, from the horse-obsessed LaLa Horse family directly to young horse-loving girls. Each box includes a variety of horse-themed toys, posters, books, jewelry pieces, accessories, home decor and other exciting horse-themed items. Horse Lover's Mystery Boxes generally contain 3 to 5 items, though sometimes more.


What comes in the Equine Fashionista package?

Our Equine Fashionista product is a monthly horse-themed package, generally containing 1 to 3 horse-themed items, such as jewelry, hair bows, keychains, notebooks, pens, pencil/makeup bags, etc. 


What is the cost?

The Horse Lover's box, which generally includes 3 to 5 items, is $39.95. The Equine Fashionista pack, which generally includes 1 to 3 items, is $12.95.


What age children are these boxes for?

We generally find that our boxes are most enjoyed by elementary school-aged girls, ages 6 to 11! 


My child is 3-years-old. Are LaLa Horse products good for her? 

Because of small parts and pieces on some of our items, our boxes are not meant for younger children, especially those ages 3 and under. 


How do I subscribe?

It's easy! Select a plan that works best for you, create an account and then wait for your pink package to arrive each month! 


When will my credit card be charged?

For monthly subscribers, your credit card is charged the day you sign up and on the 15th of every month after that.


How do I update my credit card information on file?

Just log into your account, select "edit" under Credit Cards, and update your card information.


Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes! Subscriptions can be canceled any time by logging into your LaLa Horse account and following the directions to cancel. If it's easier for you, you can text us at 203-893-3365 and request a cancellation.


Can I track my package?

Yes, all packages will ship USPS and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as they ship.


How can I update my shipping address?

Log in to your account to update your information. Please be sure to update your shipping address before the 18th of the  month to ensure your box is shipped to the correct address.


What if one of my products arrive damaged?

In the rare chance that your items do arrive damaged please notify us within 5 days of receiving your package.


I have. a promo code. How do I use it?

You can enter your promo code code at checkout.
